On October 25, 2025, our company conducted a one-day special training on "Performance Management Drives Value Creation", with nearly 30 people from various systems and functional departments of production, sales, and research participating in the training. This training specially invited senior expert Professor He Xinyun to give a lecture. The Director of Human Resources and Administration, Jing Yanyan, delivered the opening speech. All participants engaged in research and interaction on the core issues of performance management, and solved the pain points of performance management.

This training is a professional guidance provided by our company to address the confusion of everyone regarding the value and implementation process of performance management during the promotion process, following the launch of performance evaluation organized by our production and functional departments. The training focuses on the theme of 'What is performance management', connecting the entire process concept, indicator development and control, assessment and evaluation, and ultimately concluding with performance feedback.

The interactive session is equally efficient and eye-catching: each group not only discusses and shares the difficulties in implementing performance management, but also extracts assessment indicators based on the practical operation of the sales manager position in a certain enterprise, promoting the theoretical implementation.
