Empowering Lecturers, Growing Together - Dena Corporation's 2025 Internal Trainer Certification Successfully Ends

After two months of refinement and precipitation, Dynamic Chemical's 2025 internal trainer certification work has come to a successful conclusion! 22 students achieved self breakthrough through systematic training, successfully passed certification, and proudly joined the company's internal trainer team.

 

Since March this year, students have embarked on a journey of internal trainer growth. Relying on the four stage training system of "concentrated short training, micro group grinding, on-site drills, and winning podium", under the careful guidance of mentors, students repeatedly polish the course content and teaching skills. The course content covers multiple key areas:
1. Safety and equipment knowledge: such as "Use and Maintenance of Fire Hydrants" and "Basic Knowledge Explanation of Pressure Special Equipment";
2. Process and production operations: such as "LPMA Metal Ion Sampling" and "Incoming Acetic Acid Determination Method";
3. Management and general education: such as "Team Safety Management" and "How to Become a Qualified Interviewer".
The certification event was presided over by Jing Yanyan, Senior Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department. General Manager Sun Jiaxing, along with various business directors and department managers, formed a 9-member professional judging panel. The judges rigorously evaluated the practicality and logicality of the course content, as well as the lecturer's performance and control ability from multiple dimensions. During the certification process, the judges provide detailed evaluations for each student, pointing out their shortcomings and proposing optimization suggestions to motivate everyone to continuously improve their teaching skills.

The 22 internal trainers who successfully passed the certification not only received carefully customized trophies and prizes from the company, but in the future, they will have more opportunities to showcase their personal abilities and style in departmental, cross departmental, company level training, and external communication activities. At the same time, the six students who did not pass will be eligible to participate in the certification directly without training next year. We look forward to them summarizing their experience, making persistent efforts, and shining brightly in the subsequent certification.

The certification of internal trainers is an important part of the company's endogenous talent training system. Through them, we can see qualities and abilities such as learning and sharing spirit, ability to draw lessons from others, and excellent speech and expression skills.
